Shipping policy
Otaven currently offers local pickup in Brampton and free local delivery. We don't ship by courier yet. If you're outside our delivery area, contact us at hello@otaven.ca and we'll let you know if we can help.
Local pickup (free)
- Pickup is in Brampton, Ontario, by appointment.
- After you order, we'll email or text you within 1 business day to arrange a time. The exact pickup address is shared with your confirmation.
- Please have your order number ready (for example OTV1001).
Local delivery (free within 25 km of Brampton)
- Free delivery to addresses within 25 km of Brampton, which covers most of Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon, Vaughan and Etobicoke.
- We'll contact you within 1 business day to schedule a delivery window. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery is to your front door or building lobby. Someone 18 or older needs to be there to receive it.
- If you miss your delivery window, we'll contact you to rebook.
Check your item at handoff
Please check the box and item at pickup or delivery. We'll ask you to confirm it was received in good condition. Damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery, with photos, to hello@otaven.ca or (365) 389-6565. We can't accept these claims after 48 hours. Returns for defects follow our Refund Policy.
