Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more across Canada. Under $100, a flat $15 applies. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Prices are before tax. Applicable sales tax for your province and any shipping charge are calculated at checkout from your delivery address, and every order comes with an Otaven receipt.
You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a defect. We exchange it for the same model if we have one, or refund you. After 30 days, contact the manufacturer directly.
Yes. Look it over when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
